Complaints
1. Complaints about other players must be brought to the notice of the Leader or a Guardian via PM in game or on the boards, they must not be aired in public on the boards or newsletter for all to see.
2. Complaints about the boards can be brought to the attention of the Mods or the leader once again by PM
3. You will get an initial response within 2 working days and a decision within 5 days
Discipline
Breaches of rules will be dealt with as follows:
1. Unofficial Private Warning, member will be warned in private via a PM by the leader or guardian in SI or a Mod on the board
2. Official Warning; member will receive a private warning first the warning will then be made public via the newsletter This warning will be made by the leader. Status of member will be changed in rank list to show the warning. They will lose access to the newsletter, No Trade will be allowed, No aid chains request will be accepted. Warning will last for 1 week
3. Final Warning: as per Official Warning any further breach of the rules will result in an automatic ban. Warning will be issued by the Leader as per 2. Lose of access etc. will remain in place for 1 week.
4. Banned from the Alliance and the Boards.
