Major Changes
The Council have been discussing the current and future heading for our alliance. This has been done in light of recent communications with HERO's and also a desire to make the alliance more relevant to all our members.

With this in mind we have decided the following:

1: The alliance will have an objective/aim which we will encourage all members to help us achieve, it will also help give us a sense of direction. The Objective is Achieve a Top 20 Ranking in the alliance ranking list.

2. The alliance recruitment policy is changed: we will no longer actively recruit players with less than 500 points, but if players with less than 500 apply they will still be accepted. We fell that this will help us eliminate players that arrive in the game and within a few weeks go inactive getting 500 points shows at least some dedication to the game.

3. Players will not be automatically able to move over to HERO's they need to be recommended by BOHA leadership, the criteria is: Be an Active and aggressive raider, take part in the alliance as a whole, able to stick to the rules, you will also need at least 20,000 points. these criteria have been worked out with HERO's as well as in our council. Anyone who does not meet these criteria will not be recommended.

4. The raiding policy is change: Alliance members are NOT ALLOWED TO RAID ANY ALLIANCE IN THE TOP 100 RANKINGS all raids you make are at your own risk if you get hit back and wiped out hard luck. If you face an unprovoked attack the alliance will come to your aid. We hope this will open up the target list but make members responsible for your own actions. the 5 member alliance rule no longer exists you can hit alliances of any size as long as they are outside the top 100 in the rankings.

While we want to keep our identity as a Training alliance we want to set our selves up as the best there is we hope the above changes will allow us to do so but we cant do anything without the members we have.
